wow thats shakes up everything
not really i heard it was just bad goaltending
actually i think it might of been 5-3 bcause of an open net
Shanley started the same goaltender that gave up 7 goals on 20 shots against wahpeton last year. Shanley didn't look like they played too bad and their first line didn't play much because Hvidston had three early penalties and Dietzler had a misconduct in the 2nd....Shanley really just isn't as bad as some may think, i mean they did give Grafton a heck of a run.
Gave Grafton a heck of a run? It was 6-3. Shanley goalie had 49 saves and G-PR played 2nd goalie, and he only made 16 saves.
They have lost to Central(6-0) meany(8-4) DL(6-3) RR(11-0)
Beat Hazen-Beulah(5-2) Wahp-Breck(4-2) and Mandan(4-3)
Not that impressive!
Ok first off, i've noticed every time Shanley wins a game, someone makes and excuse that the other team didn't try or their first line didn't play. Shanley has finally been playing up more towards their potential with the coaching change. But I'm really getting annoyed when people make excuses when a team like that wins. They deserve some wins and they for the first time might have the potential to pull some upsets. Central beat South...thats an upset...but noone makes excuses on why central won. Thats because a win is a win i saw that game and Central deserved that win but you can say a team like Shanley beats Mandan and the excuses just start flying?!?!?!?! That's just shady.

Was a pretty good game to watch although the score was closer than it should have been. BHS dominated the better part of the game and Kline stood on his head and kept mandan in it. One goal Bismarck scored there was definately a man in the crease before the puck was. I dont know what the exact shots were but I would say Kline probably had around 40 saves. I give mandan some credit for hanging in there and scoring on thier opportunities. They have some good skaters. Overall BHS was just faster and stronger with the puck.

agreed, you could tell bismarck had complete control of the game and definately out shot mandan by alot, but mandan did put away most of their chances and had their moments. I thought bismarck would have at least beat them by 2 or 3, but good job to mandan for keeping it close and perhaps giving bismarck their first real scare of the season. Did anyone see the game? what were your reactions?

Congrats to BHS. Can you give any information on the game. I will be able to read the boxscore in the paper, so that will not be necessary, but anything else you saw in the game, etc..
