Is their any provision that if a lower seeded team beats a higher seeded team in the tourney, then they become a higher seed? I was just wondering because I have heard a couple of people disagreeing on who will be the 3rd seed. I think it is Langdon but now I am not sure.

It might be. I just took them off the sports on WDAZ tonight. Since it is the same as the MS-Rolla one, it prob is wrong.

I was wondering if the WDAZ score was wrong, too. Last time ML played St. John they won 88-40 and I just can't see St John making up that many points. Can someone verify the final score?

In the regional qualifying games the team with the higher seed gets the third seed, so yes, Langdon will get #3 from that district and MS #4 even tho MS beat them in the tourney.
I wonder how that works???Stromer wrote:ndlionsfan wrote:Stromer wrote:Maybe someone can help me out. When it comes to seeding the region qualifiers, they go by seeding in the district tourney. Thats what I thought too but on the radio tonight after the district 7 tourney, the pairings were announced and MS in the 3 seed and Langdon is 4. So I guess there is a provision or something.
