The central plains tournament hasn't been around that long for smaller towns is this the first year a ND team won it?

Maybe if Grafton had lost to Whap in the championship, you could make that argument a bit. But with Grafton going two and out, I'd rather be Whap right now.

What I'm saying is that they are both the lower level of baseball. If you're the class B champ, people will think the class A champ is better. If you're the Central Plains DII champ, people will say the DI champ is better.
