The meaner, ryan. but that's just their private school demeanor. the velva student section was yet again clever and entertaining while showing great support for their team on tuesday. i love watching them at regionals. and yes, the ref card gets played too often, but this was one of those situations that really made you scratch your head and wonder what in the world could they possibly have been thinking that 2nd half. agreed that velva's injuries hurt them greatly but it was great to see the players playing so hard throughout the game and being able to say they ended the season with class. hearing the velva student section call the ryan coach out about keeping the starters in was a great moment.
