Hagler got hammered on the last shot. Langstaff is tough. Great game - wish I could have been there. Great teams playing great - couldn't ask for anything better than that.

Warwick should of had it by 5 or more...Thanks for the footage I thought that earlier and the footage made it even clearer...

I disagree about him getting hammered. He initiated all the contact and the defender stood staright up and even backed up when Hagler hit him. I don't think it's a foul, and you especially won't see that call at the end of the game. He still had a pretty good chance of making it, nice job by Grande being there for the putback.
It would've been fitting for that game had Langstaff hit the half court shot

I posted in another thread that on the Hagler shot/pass play, 90% of the time that will be free throws. Kid can't foul him there. Not a bad call.
No Hagler's foul on Langstaff should not have been a tech. He had gotten in front or at least even so it wasn't a clear path foul and he didn't take him out, he made a traditional foul to prevent a layup.
Quit whinning about the refs cause they lost. Both were the correct call. Should've boxed out Grande on the last play and we wouldn't be having this conversation.
Also if he wouldnt have got those three free throws we deffinately wouldnt be having this conversation because Warwick would of WON...mlfan wrote:Indy5 wrote:mlfan wrote:Awesome game but NS can thank the refs for their win...1st of all Hagler should have not got three shots because he was passing the ball he was not shooting...2nd of all in the end that was an intentional fall Hagler made on Langstaff he should of got two shots and Warwick should of had the ball back. So holding on to Langstaff is not intentional foul? and even Mr. Bigley said it was a pass and so did everyone else...whos whinning around you can clearly see it was a pass not a shot and if you can't see that then maybe you should get some glasses like the refs needed...

1. - Call on Hagler was correct. The video clearly shows him going up for a shot and getting fouled, making it look like a pass.
2. - No way is that EVER called an intentional foul.
