Steffan is the big time hitter for RR, almost everyone else is new, I think.
Bismarck, like South played only seniors last year and never gave their underclassmen much court time, which bites you in the butt the next year when you put no one on the floor with varsity experience.

Valley City schedules several area Class B schools throughout their VB/BB schedules. The reason seems to be, in my opinion, to fill out a full schedule...while in the EDC, Valley City's matchups against several of the larger schools (South, North, WF, etc.) tend to count as 2-Point Matches/Games. This is because those schools don't feel the need to play Valley City twice, I think.

i think that initially it was Valley City that wanted to stay with a partial class B schedule and only wanted to play with big schools once as a 2-pointer. Once the schedules are set that way and matches/games being limited no one has wanted to give up tournaments in order to play them twice.
