CHS vs. BHS

There was a great game last night between Century and Bismarck. Century won the game and regained some much needed momentum after losing to Minot on Monday. Century played well throughout even without their floor general Andre Maund sidelined with a sprained ankle. Aside form that loss to Minot Century I believe is playing the best basketball in the state so far this season. They are playing with confidence, Justin Ledger is on pace for a monster season, and their depth off the bench is impeccable. All in all as a Century fan and student I take pride in beating the rival Demons in any sport especially basketball last night Century won its first head to head matchup in basketball against Bismarck since the great John Fraase was a senior. It was almost to good to be true that his youngest brother Tom was the catalyst for the Patriots in second half scoring all 19 of his points in that 18 minutes last night. Overall a great win for the team and a great win for the school.

A good win for century. Bismarck is known for playing their best ball at the end of the year. I am sure mattern is implementing the same formula as miller. I see these two meeting in the wda championship game.
