Grafton @ Devils Lake is an intriguing matchup since they have played each other earlier this year and Devils Lake escaped with a 22-20 win at DL

What would the second round matchups be, as I might be in North Dakota at the time of the second round?

Graftons starting QB didnt play in that game. he was out with a broken arm. he is back on the field now. close to 100%. that being said, the rest of the team is dinged up. a couple of their key linemen are out for the season. devils lake's size and depth will most likely be too much for grafton to handle. Grafton's QB didn't play that game. On the other hand, Devils Lake threw 3 int's. in the red zone, 2 of which were in the endzone. So, as has been mentioned, the rematch should prove to be very interesting.

I really odnt know..DL was most likely just getting into the swing of things last time they played and were not running on all cylinders...my prediction is DL by a fair margin

DL struggled the second week of the regular season, now they run more than anything and with jenson, desai and pearson they will be tuff to stop, and the defensive backs have really came along, i look for DL to win. it will be ag ood game but i got DL 21-7

Grafton struggles sometimes defending the run, so you might be right. But Grafton has a very good deep passing game, and they can score. I doubt if DL can hold them to 7 points. Grafton will put up at least 3 or 4 TD's, so DL will have to score 4 or 5 to win.

I think it mostly depends on how DL plays, they play like they did against trinity and the first half against carrington Grafton wins. They play like they did vs St marys n second half vs carrington DL wins big

Shanley- by 3+ scores
St. Mary's- could be close, but SM's D is too much
DL- relatively close game. DL by 12
Lisbon- in a nail biter. 28-27

Shanley is going to waltz through the playoffs and onto another Championship. There is no one in AA with anywhere near the talent they have. The Dome will benefit their passing game even more in title game. Will all be blowouts IMO.....

I doubt you'll find anybody that will bet against Shanley winning it all, and probably not having too close of matches to do it. But besides Shanley being the obvious favorite, I think all the rest of the teams in the playoffs are going to be close matchups. I really don't see any of the other games being blow-outs. Everybody would pick Shanley to make the championship but who they play is up for grabs.

Dickinson Trinity @ Fargo Shanley
Valley City @ Bismarck St. Mary's Very close game
Grafton @ Devils Lake This will be a good game
Carrington @ Lisbon This will be a good game

Bismarck St. Mary's@ Fargo Shanley
Lisbon @ Devils Lake - Best game of the playoffs

Fargo Shanley over Lisbon - Lisbon uses a little known rule that allows them to stall but Shanley wins 3 - 0 on a 48 yard field goal by Jordan with two seconds to go in the game. On 2nd thought - Shanley wins 42 to 21.

Looks like a very fun playoff schedule. Get out and watch the games!
You gotta believe

VC 20 St Marys 13 tonight. VC pretty much dominated the game, kind of surprise by each teams seedings but VC controlled the line of scrimmage. And St Marys QB did play which there was some doubt about.

Wild radio announcer from Carrington just said it's balmy and beautiful in Lisbon, while the snow is piled high in Carrington.
