Wow. Great game between Milnor and Linton.
Velva 39-8 over Hazen.
Watford was up something like 14-6 over Killdeer somewhere close to half time.
Any word on the Cavalier/N. Prarie game.

Cavalier and NP game was good until the 4th quarter. It all comes down to who has the most athletes and can go the longest and Cavalier just so happened to have them but i heard from a bird that NP was short 3 starters that were athletes themselves and lost another in the game with a scary but not severe injury best of luck in semis for all teams

Yes, Cavalier has a very good team, we hope that their QB, Pfiefer i believe, will be okay. Sounded like a scary deal. I got to see them defeat M-VE in first round, and new it would be a very good game, and that was a week after the loss of a senior teammate to a terrible accident. It was nice to see them play those couple extra games in playoffs dedicated to him.

It was Kakela, defensive back, who was carried off. Took a knee on the side of the head and was completely out for a time. Concusion is the diagnosis, there was concern of a neck injury. Seeing it happen, I thought it was more likely the Cavalier player injured his neck when he landed on his head, he laid for awhile too.

Pfeifer did get injured, played much of the game injured, and a final ankle twist near the end of the game added up to a bit too much, he should be fine.
