There that is my prediction. And PS the mustache aka Pavano aka Luigi aka Pavstach is awesome. Mustaches in general are AWESOME. The entire team needs to grow mustaches and if you don't think so just ask Reggie Jackson, Rollie Fingers, Jim "catfish" Hunter and the 72 As and their back to back to back World Series Championships.

Well you play for home field, If they make the ALCS they are going to need every advantage they can get to take down the yanks.
Hinsa wrote:Looks like the JV is playing today - no Mauer (injured), no Cuddyer, no Hudson, no Hardy, no Thome, no Young. Revere, Span, Repko in the outfield, MORALES at 1B (wow), Tolbert, Casilla, Valencia, and Butera. The team they have on the field today has a total payroll of less than $5M. Probably less than $3M.

Hinsa wrote:Gardy's already said it will be Liriano, Pavano, Duensing, and Blackburn.
I agree with that - Blackburn has been pretty much lights out since he came back from Rochester. The problem they are going to have is deciding on the last 2 bullpen spots between Mijares, Slowey, and Baker.
Gardy will probably keep Mijares becuase he's going to want 2 lefties in the pen. Then he has to decide between Slowey and Baker for the last pen spot. One of those guys is going to be very disappointed.
