he's already hit a homer this year...

and struck out 15.

if he pitches like that for the rest of the season and keeps hitting .500 (http://www.westfargobaseball.com/roster ... how/214957), he's got a really good chance to win it.

Matt Strahm and Spencer Flatin are not even close to be the best. The best two have to be David Ernst or Tyler Kellen of Fargo South. Ernst is a beast of a pitcher, plays anywhere in the field, and hits very well. Tyler has to be the best defensive catcher and has a rocket arm, and lately has been hitting the ball very good.

I am ignorant and I post comments on NDPreps to make fun of other players

Post Edited, User Warned

tyler kellen has a sub par arm, even by north dakota high school baseball standards. he has poor mechanic and lacks arm strength. he is an alright hitter. when he fists one or hits one off the end of the bat he helps himself out by being big and strong.
david ernst is going to struggle when he runs into a strong hitting team from the west. west fargo was the only team in the east that posed any offensive threat to south. he's done well this year, but its against weak teams. he should be thankful that the high school season is wood bats, he got hit around hard against moorhead when they used metal bats and he got hit around hard last summer. i will agree that he is a good hitter. he hits for power and average. however, he shouldnt be playing "anywhere" in the field. he struggles when he is in the infield and doesnt have the speed for centerfield. he should be out in right field where his arm strength would be a plus and his lack of speed would be ok. its really too bad his parents have created a mess for summer baseball in fargo.
