Devils Lake has the best D in the state with 2 all staters, that returned from last year with wolf and swenseth. Carrington is big, but can barely move. Devils Lake is way to fast for them, and this won't be a game.

Central Cass wins 22 - 8 and captures the #3 seed. First time in the playoffs in many, many years. Congrats Squirrels!

9 minutes left in the game.
and I'm interested to hear more about the Devils Lake/Carrington contest. What was the weather like? Did the weather lend itself to a low scoring game? How hard were both teams hit by the flu/injury bug?
That's a nice win for Devils Lake on the road... but at the same time, I didn't think it would be a one touchdown game, either.
