How bout really old with "Rapper's Delight" by the Sugar Hill Gang, and also anything by Tupac is better than almost anything by anyone else

i am appalled no one has mentioned notorious thugs by BIG and bone thugs

Haha you've lived in ND for too long...summer songs and ringtone songs don't deserve to put next to those songs....might as well put mims song up there haha...recently the only good rap/hip-hop has come from kanye, Common, Talib Kweli, Atmosphere, Jay and some papoose. Its not hard for a record company to make a catchy hook the hip-hop 1 hit ringtone wonder is whats killing hip-hop

Any and all Tupac songs, Hit Em Up by Tupac and the Outlawz is prolly my favorite Tupac song, Ghetto Gospel and Thug Mansion(Original and Acoustic are both good)
