I would assume one of the two scenarios would happen, they will first try to fill from within (they've had a lot of success lately, so keeping it "within the system" would probably be good) or see if a current teacher would want the job. If that doesn't happen they would more than likely open it up to the public.

Nope not tough at all, but you need to realize that it is not just adults that read what is on this site those players do also. And from what I have been told those girls are now with out a coach and they are very upset by that FACT. You are opening up a conversation that doesn't need to happen. They have enough to worry about then the shots that will be taken at their expense and there will be a lot taken. Grow up!

Wow, if talking about who their new coach may be is going to crush these kids they may not want to play sports. There are no shots being taken at central cass or the girls, just a question by someone as who the coach will be. Grow up? what does that have to do with the question the person asked. WHO WILL THE NEXT COACH AT CENTRAL CASS BE? Not a real hard hitting question!

All the post is asking is who is going to be the next head coach. There has been no shots taken at the players and none will be tolerated. If the players come on this forum they are not required to read it and can frankly stay away from it.

I am hoping the school takes some time to carefully consider a replacement. The hard part about looking outside the existing staff is that there is not a teaching position that is opening up as well.

Here are some easy guesses... Kristi Kraft (JV GBB), Bridgette Stowers (C-Squad GBB), Ryan Mears (BBB JV).

Heard there was a lot of interest for the head basketball position but that is about it and as for volleyball position, rumor has it that the head coach will be formally resigning tonight at the school board meeting and that they are going to open up the position but it sounds like they aren't going to look to hard. Now it's just people talking, but here's to hope that they really look at qualified individuals because they have so much talent at that school for years to come and it shouldn't be looked at lightly and from the rumor mill it sounds just like it is.

According to my sources Ryan Mears has been named the new head coach at Central Cass. He has been the JV Boys coach for the last couple of years.
