I'm not sure what the differences between R4F's RPI is and this guys, but Napoleon is 28 in this RPI.

RPI stands for Ratings Percentage Index. It gets a little more complicated than this, but basically it rates teams based on their record (25%), their opponent's record (50%), and their opponent's opponent's record (25%).

It rates teams based on the "strength of schedule" that they play. If you beat a team that has beaten lots of other good opponents, your RPI goes up. If you beat a team that doesn't have very many wins or lose to someone, your RPI stays even or goes down.
