running clock in 2nd half?

running clock in 2nd half?

Saw quite a bit of girls bb this past week and noticed several games that were soooooooo bad in regards to one team being ahead by 30 at half. Should there be a running clock for at least the 4th quarter in a contest like this? Thoughts?
