I'm surprised Carrington isn't in the top ten or receiving votes. It's early in the season, tho.

Wow Region 1 looks tough. 3 in the top 10, Central Cass receiving votes. FSHP is region 1 or 2? I would think they are in 1 too.

FSHP is region 1. I would guess at least a couple of those teams will drop once they start facing each other.

Central Cass plays Hankinson this Thursday and Northern Cass next Thursday.

And it looks like Northern Cass plays FSHP this Thursday in the Barnes County tournament. Should be some good games!

I see Larimore lost a tough one to langdon last night. After watching the Class B volley ball tournament, I figured these girls would be tough. Anyone think Langdon will be top 10 next week?

Is Dunseith a quality team or did Langdon lack the practice time, due to the state Volleyball tournament?

Oakes is a team that fans may want to keep an eye on in Region 1 as well. They beat a good Richland team by double digits and easily beat Barnes County North. I don't know how good Barnes County is but I do know that they have a very capable player in Jenae Kramlich. To hold her team to only 23 points is impressive. I think they will be a team to reckon with as well.

I've seen Richland play and I would have to say they are an ok team, but to use them to compare another team I'm not sure.

Oakes does have two very talented players and they will make some noise in Region 1; but I don't think that they will crack the Top 10 in the State!

They may have lacked the practice, but I don't think that's the only reason Dunseith won... they have been winning this year against some quality teams, including Langdon...
