There a good team but in the championship its gonna be against either New Town, Stanley, or watford City. There all the teams in that reagion.

I would not count out Mandaree yet. But I think the Region rep will definately be from District 15. My vote would go for Stanley at this point. Watford, New Town and Mandaree have the best players, but I think Stanley has the best team.

Watford has beaten NewTown by 3, Mandaree by 1, and last night Stanley by 5 in OT. The other district probably won't win a game in Regionals (haven't for the past 3? years). Anyone's shot at state of these 4 teams.

I agree, I think it will go down to Watford City and New Town. It seems like these two schools just get it done year after year. Stanley has had some great teams in the past, but traditionally can't seem to get over the 'hump' and get to the state tournament. It's a major mental thing, and it's something the kids at both W. City and New Town have been around and experiences, which gives them the definite advantage.

As for the regional tournament, Dist 16 will get their shot this year (at a first round win), because they top seed will match up with who? Most likely, Parshall.

I agree stanley has great teams to go to state every year. But its just that they lack something. They have the potental to go. I think New Town and Watford City will be in the championship unless Stanley gets over their little 'hump' to go all the way. But my vote goes toward New Town to go to state.

I don't think Parshall will be a #4 from Dist 15. Mandaree beat them 82-44 last week. NewTown, Mandaree, Stanley, and WC will be the 4 teams and I don't think anyone in Dist 16 can beat any of these 4.
