Senior Player of the year each region

Who are the senior player of the Years in your region.

Obviously my choice for Region 5 is Bearstail. Makes the whole team alot better. (but I am biased)

Bearstail is a strong contender along with Lyndi Anderson, turtle Lake. Making the team better is an understatement for Anderson. She doesn't have as much help as Bearstail. She runs the floor scores in double digits and feeds extremely well . Once of best passers I've seen in girls bb. Both girls very derserving in my book.

Region 1: easy= Samantha Schmit - 17pts on 60% shooting, 5.4 blocks!!!
Region 2: undecided. After Saturday's matchup- Dakota Prairie vs. Grafton, i'll decide either Baldwin or Gillett
Region 3: Abby Feist- Linton
Region 4: someone from Minnewauken-Leeds
Region 5: Lyndi Anderson Turtle Lake-Mercer
Region 6: should be Roemmich, who do you pick being she's been out most of the year?
Region 7: Paige Anderson- Watford City
Region 8: Abby Nasset- Bowman

I don't know who from Region 4. ML's best Sr player is probably Jordan Callahan. Their best player is only a Jr....Bobbi Grann. Don't know if Callahan is the best Sr in the region or not. I can't think of any other Srs tho.

My biased opinion would be Valerie Scherr for Region 3. She is the only Sr. on the team and has gotten her team off to an 11-1 start. Also she has been a varsity starter since she was at least a freshman, possibly even 8th grade - I known she played on the varsity in 8th grade.

Unbiased opinion - definitely not Abbey Feist

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Brittany Wirth from Stark-Munich. She has played solid ball all through high school...so she should have it. She had an AMAZING junior year...averaged a triple-double something like every other game. She had 6 in a row at one point. She can really throw it down when her teams needs it. The team itself hasn't had that great of a year, but Brittany always has a good performance.

Thanks PP. I'm glad to see some opinions out there. I put a list out there to see what others think.
I would like to see Jada play so I could understand where some of you are coming from.

Yes, I remember that from last year, did she (B. Wirth) have a better supporting cast last year?

Region 2: I got to see some quality games on Saturday in Grafton. Katie Houdek did some amazing things, really impressed. She just gets better every time I've seen her. But she's only a junior.
I gotta pick Baldwin for POY. She wasn't perfect in the 1st half, but when her team needed her to step up, she did just that. She doesn't get enough credit for her passing.
Gillett is a very good player, and would probably look better with a better supporting cast. I didn't get to see her range. Most of her buckets were deep in the paint. Her team would be very weak w/out her, no doubt.

I don't think MS did have a better team last year....If i'm right, i think the only might have lost one person from their team...so they should have a better team this year.

From region 8, Miller by far. Miller does much more for her team then Anderson.

I don''t know how Miller does any more for NewTown than Anderson does for WC. Anderson has to do the bulk of the scoring, rebounding, and ball handling for the Wolves...just like Miller. They are good friends and are even looking at maybe going to college at the same place. Co-players sound more like it.

Shauna Knife from Bottineau will be Miss Basketball next year - Making an early prediction. If you haven't seen her play - it is definitely something to watch - she is unbelievable.
