I think I heard gillett played somewhat of a post position in HS, correct? Does anyone know how she will fit into the system at und?

i believe Gillett will be playing the premeter spot at UND--power forward...which i believe will be an easy transaction for her...she has a great 15 ft. jump shot and also can shoot the 3 ball

Coach roebuck always seems to get good athletic players and turns them into whatever he wants. He's an excellent coach, and I'm sure she will transition well.

Last I heard was undecided. Too many choices to mull over at this point still. But that was two weeks ago.

did she actually get to play this year during the regular season? districts? can't remember off the top of my head if she got any time in or missed the entire season.

lost her vb season to rehab......did try to make it for the end of the season......i know she struggled this year in basketball, played the whole year, but not quite what she was in her junior year......shame, really, but i'm sure she'll bounce after getting more time to rehab this spring...

the signing brief that we ran, eh...maybe a week or two ago, listed her career numbers. despite basically not playing her senior year she ended up being something like griggs county central's second leading rebounder and fifth leading scorer all-time. something like that anyway. pretty good career even without the final year.

yeah, definitely, very bizarre with her too........she injured one knee oh 3-4 years ago at the UND basketball camp.....and it was at the same camp that she injured this knee......stay out of GF, amanda ;)

thanx baller. I hadn't heard that. I hope it isn't too serious. Does anyone know if it happened this summer or what?

Heard rumor Rebecca Fieckert is out with an injury down at University of Kansas. I believe a wrist if I heard right.

Let's hope our ND girls get healthy so we can all read about them in the newspapers. :up:

Watched the LRSC lady royals scrimmage Jamestown ladies last night. I don't remember seeing dude play, but Stacy Neigarde (sp?) from Adams Edmore played some minutes.

Kallie Erickson (Fordville) and Hope Keller (Leeds-Minn) played quite a few minutes. Both shot the ball well. Keller needs to work on some defense, but she played hard. Kallie sees the court well and played a strong game overall. Girls are still figuring out roles this early in the season.
