I agree with you run. I've learned that with my pro sports teams not to pick them; because I might jinx them. But oh well we'll see what happens. All I'll say is it will be anyone's region, who can stay hot for three nights? Same goes for R7. All in all, I rather pick them; because next they will be Central McLean for varsity basketball. That's why I picked them for one last time as the Comets.

Yep...My guess would be Beach vs. Hettinger-Scranton in R7 Title game; Trinity seems to play well at home come tourney time.

Being a district 6 native, I think that the floor is wide open. Lamoure clearly is playing really good ball right now. Carrington needs to step up to get out of this region. I think they have the skill to get around Kidder Co. Kidder Co has been impressive all year and I think the game tomorrow against Carrington is going to be a battle. The clear under dog is MPB. They beat Lamoure mid year at home. MPB needs to play their best ball to get around Lamoure tomorrow. I think there is going to be 2 really good games tomorrow in Jamestown. My guess for the Region 3 title will be a very tired MPB vs a very revengeful Carrington.

I really only see 3 pretty decent upsets from yesterday:

Center-Stanton beating Grant County has to be the biggest one of the day.
Dickinson Trinity beating Bowman surprised me, considering how badly Bowman beat them earlier, but playing at home is a huge advantage.
Beulah beating Heart River surprised me as well, I know they split during the season, but I figured Beulah was a year away.

I agree with you Schwab. Center-Stanton beating Grant County yesterday was a big upset. I had the Coyotes winning by 30, W-W played good as well was listen to that game and they had a 14-3 on Shiloh. But, the Skyhawks took control after that. Anymore excitement on day 2 of the region tournaments.

Since we reached Semi-Final night who plays who for there respective region title?

I agree that Beulah and Center-Stanton pulled off the biggest upsets last night. Regions 3, 5 and 7 look completely unpredictable coming into tonight. In the other regions, I'm expecting the team with the better W-L record to prevail. And I guess I'll go with Kenmare over Mandaree in the one matchup where teams have identical records.

The state mandates that all regional games start at the same time (So Region 7 has to start their Monday games at 2 and every other night at 5), but Region 1 doesn't have to play on Thursday? I know there's some venue problem, but still seems like there is a double standard.
