Don't forget about Taylor Peterson from Burke County. She has a great motor and never shuts down and she really controls the game for that team.

yea yea...parshall may have only beaten mandaree so far in the districts but not even one player from the braves was recognized much less the team...still...the Braves are 10 and 0 albeit a young team. I'm not sure if they even have any seniors this year...and just for the sake of argument...or provocation (heheh)...I'm gonna say district 15 and heck even region 8 is parshalls to lose this year... :)

Tough region out there right now. New Town ranked, Parshall ranked, Ray ranked....who's it going to be in the dome?

It'll be New Town or Watford City coming out of this region (IMO)...more likely New Town.

Parshall has no quality wins and I can't see them being a true contender. Ray is legit with a win over WC at home. It's NewTown's to lose with WC and Ray right there.

No argument there.

Parshall's best win is an 8 point win at home for Trenton

Parshall loses by 20 to NewTown. Not quite ready for the top of the Region. Very young and will be a contender in the coming years.

Parshall has 4 Seniors....New Town has two Seniors.....and NT start a freshman and a sophomore. New Town still a young team as well.
New Town has also been missing two crucial players for a couple of weeks that play quite a bit due to injury...

Although it is one game and these teams will play each other twice yet this year...Lots of basketball to be played...

Yes, parshall has 4 seniors but only one that starts, (Rayessa odermann.) the other 4 starters are cheyenne packineau, (Soph) michele risan (Soph) Lexie woods (Junior) kiara packineau (soph). risan, cheyenne, kiara and lexie can and will only get better. So yes, parshall IS a young team and will be a contender in the coming years. I dont see new town competing with parshall next year or the year after, maybe decent shooters but no height. and at 6'2", cheyenne packineau still has 2 years of growing to do and lexie woods will be all of 5'10" by her Sr year.(tall Parents, she comes from the packineau family) plus Kiara who is the packineau twins sister who will also get some height. that leaves last but not least my favorite litle guard michele risan. If you havent seen her play, you gotta take time to do it. Risan's all of 5 foot tall but that little girl is NOT afraid to take right to the tall girls in the middle. :) She'll split the tall defenders and do a finger roll for the bucket. If the Lady Braves dont do it this year, they'll be the region 8 state tourney entrant for the next 2 years after this years play as the teams core of the 2 packineaus and risan will remain for the next 2 years..

How can u say new town won't be competing with pharshall nested year? Two bears is a 9th grader, Brady, wilkinson, baker, and quick bear are juniors and Mia wilkinson is a 10th grader so I think they will be more then competing with pharshall nexted year

Agree jack8.Can't forget about Big Crow either She is also a junior. One thing is crucial to compete you have to have depthWith much respect the Braves don't have too much depth and both New Town and Parshall have a tendency to foul.NT has plenty of quality players in case of foul trouble and Parshall doesnt have as much.
