The only thing I hate about the Courts Plus league is the lack of officials. I gets to dangerous. One game this summer two bloody lips, one bloody nose and a girl split her elbow open so that was a real mess. How hard is it to call a game where nobody gets hurt. I don't care so much about travel, 3 seconds or lane violations but something needs to be address with physical play. The girls game is getting out of hand. If you go for a steal and knock somebody on the ground... you should get a foul.

IF they want to charge and extra $10 or $20 a kid to get the official to care about the job they are doing.... I know I would pay it.

Officiating is hard. It's hard to find good referees during the season. The officiating is poor I understand that, but is it worse than anything else you see in the summer? The team camps I've been to are just as poor and although I've never seen one I hear your average AAU tournament is more physical. Maybe I just go into every game know it's going to bad so I can live with it easier.

I really appreciate what Courts is doing and the league they run. They just need to tell the guys to call the game so nobody gets hurt. One game a girl would just run right at the offensive player, hip check and take the ball and score a layup.... never called. Our girls just went to shooting the ball from deep because anytime they went to the basket, they got smoked and the only time a foul was called is if they could not get their arms above their waste.
I know they can call a good game because our last game they called a great game and did a great job. I have also seen all those guys ref for years in travel ball and I know they can do a great job but late in the evenings.... they just don't care any more.
