Not taking anything away from Krogman, but I think if he played in North Dakota, he is the 3rd or 4th best player in the state. I am also not making a random statement, I have played against him 2 or 3 times.

i could see that, he took on average like 26 shots a game so he had no probably putting the ball in the air.

Still shot better than 50% from the field and had no support.

Nice statement, which three are better, after watching the state B, none of those guys. Limited class A viewing I would say none of those guys are better.

Dufault, May, and maybe Allard.

He's scored almost 3,500 points in his career. Back in Dec. he became the all-time leading scorer in the state's history. Last year he scored 125 points in the state tournament, with 50 coming in the 3rd place game. He had an average supporting cast and managed to lead them to the state title this year.

It's always hard to compare players, and I have seen Louie Krogman play 4 times, but I'd have a VERY hard time picking 3 or 4 players from North Dakota to put in front of him.

Saw him play as a sophomore in a holiday tournament in Murdo, SD. As a sophomore he was extremely smoothe and carried the team on his back. He's the real deal...

South Dakota, has over the past few years produced more Division 1 and 2 athletes than North Dakota has.

I find it hard to believe that you can support that statement with facts and stats and also...Who cares??

Facts and stats would be tough to find but I would agree based on population and the fact the fact that they have had 2 DII schools and 1 DI school plus the proximity to chadron and other DII programs.
They get recruited by those schools.

Side thought just look at the number of ND kids on the DII and DI schools here in the state.

My bad that was a typo, for which I am working at the expert level.

And mary has only moved up in the past 5 years.

I've also heard this kid is a major stud. He would have averaged less pts/game and had a greater assist total had his teammates not clanked a lot of layups and he rebounded them and had the putback. So it showed he took 26 shots, but had his teammates been able to make a layup he would have averaged less than 20 shots and had 5 or 6 more assists easily.

Again a SD topic, so I really don't have much else to say about him. But that from what I've heard he was by far better than any Class B player in ND and would be at the top of the list in Class A also.

I also agree....who cares...its south dakota.
