Any views on who is the best defensive player in your district so far? What position, and why?

District 3 - I would probably have to say Mark Wallace. I have played with him for a long time and he is a tough guy to score on.

District 13....I haven't seen enough games to pick a clear cut favorite from the district but Kenzie Robertson of Bowman is at the top of the list for this squad. He's a guard and he is extremely quick and tough to score on....he does have a tendency of getting in foul trouble though...very good at guarding the ball and picking pockets...not sure about the whole district though...any help?

Jay Jelinek for Park River is a good defensive player.
That's a lovely fur you're wearing. Perhaps I could find you some slippers made from the skins of innocent and defenseless baby seals!

Would Jay Jelinek be able to guard a person like Anthony Kliniske or Mike Smith or even a Seth Nichols? Cause if he could they have the athletic ability to be able to win the region championship.
The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.

Jon Ficek from Trinity can play some D, he shut down Dufault at the Roughrider Tourney
Also, Jacob Erhardt from Hazen

Ben Althoff from Hankinson is a great worker and solid defender. Best on a pretty solid defensive team.

Maybe the fans will get to see a Watkins vs. Randall matchup at the Stutsman County Tournament next week.

yea would be a good one but Steele has to set minds to Carrington before thinking about LaMoure but if so i think Randall could take just by his athleticism

Watkins and Randall. 2 upper level players. Last year opening round of regions, Watkins did quite a job on Randall. Randall is a year more mature and will for sure be more agressive against Watkins if they meet. Would be fun one to watch.
