Lisbon by 10 for no real reason besides LaMoure never seems to live up to the hype

Lisbon is a favorite at this time. LaMoure might not be ready now to beat them. LaMoure has a chance to be quite a bit better late season. Working some inexperience in with 4 solid veterans. The above posts might be accurate. They might even be from some LaMoure individuals who are.....[thats for another topic]
Lisbon is more experienced and deeper 5-8 now. That's where Lisbon maybe gets this one. Could be a good one, could be a 10-15 pointer.

I know a lot of people will be going to watch this game because it is probably one of the best games of the reg. season. It should be a good game all the way through and LaMoure could just pull in a win. Can't wait for the results.

Kinda surprised by all the lamoure turnovers, especially for a veteran team.

48-45 LaMoure in overtime Shockman had 24 sounded like poorly played game

Haha it wasn't a poorly played game. VERY TOUGH D on both sides that forced turnovers. Caleb Shockman got the better of Carlblom-Shockman matchup. He didn't miss much at all and had a very sweet dunk over two guys. Offense wasn't the greatest(as to expect in the first games of the season). But this was a great game and had some tremendous defense. And i think Watkins shot two make and the two shots Watkins made were big and tied the game both times which shows this is a vetran team. However they had chances to put the game away but didn't.... And i will admit my prediction was way off.

so whats the difference between a great defensive game that forces alot of turnovers and a poorly played game with alot of turnovers?? kinda like a great shooting game or a poor defensive game?

Unforced turnovers vs. forced turnovers.

Unforced - bouncing the ball off your foot, throwing a back door pass when no one is cutting back door, travelling, fumbling the ball, etc.

Forced - double team the ball and overplay the passing lanes, in your face defense and poke at the dribble, tight man to man that forces a 5 second call, etc.

Both teams played tight d that was meant to force turnovers....
ya their were some second game jitter turnovers, but a lot had to do with the flow of the game....
