District 13- Pierce or Butterfro(Butterfield)

butterfield is a good coach but i dont think anyone expected South Heart to get the #1 seed in district 13.

wow, he has, taking a 5-15 team that didnt make the district tourney last year, and turning them into a possible 15-5 team that is expected to go into regionals as a top team, i dont know how he cannot get this award

im gonna have to say i think that rick smith will get it in district 7 but i dont agree.  alot of people didnt think that 4 winds would be good, but personally i figured them wells and leeds would be the top teams in the region.  i think smith will get it but he does have a good group to play for him

Yeah this could be an interesting one I would say it goes to the coach that wins the district championship game.

I don't want to take anything away from buxa or harvey but saying that you don't know how he cannot get the award may be taking it a little far.

Smith (FW) and Faul from WC have both done good jobs as well and then in regions Carlson is always near the top.

WOW!!! Nate has done Coach of the Year wonders this year!  I dont recall last years record-but was bad, they even hit  a low of the year and got beat by Tappen last year to break a long winless streak of the Comets.  But he really has no High Profile players to speak of but he has them winning as a team, no I's, Individuals, Just hard work for the Team. He also has done this while not coaching there for-was 2 years, not sure? So he had to start from scratch this year. Nate Job well done!!

I think Nate Monson has done a very good job turning Carrington around from last year. Carrington should not have lost to New Rockford though.

i thinks its kinda funny how almost every topic,  that four winds gets mentioned in it....there a decent team but that doesnt mean they have the best players, the best coach, and the best chance to go to state, like every1 always says on here
