As far as I know, Hankinson gave OG a good 3 quarters before it got away from them during the season. Going to need the role players to step up though

Hankinson is a gritty team; Like how hard they play. If they get hot from the outside, Hankinson could spring the upset. I agree, role players will need to step up for OG. Should be a very good 4/5 match up.

Any team that was at Girls State BB

North Border-Only 2 losses on the season but got terrrible draw against MPCG

HCV- Cavalier played them to 2 points this year in Cavalier.

MPB-in unfamiliar territory

South Border-tough draw against Ellendale

North Prairie-St. John has been hot and healthy

Standing Rock-Flasher is team that always plays its best in the post-season

Minot Ryan-Could see Haerer absolutely going off for Bottineau

DT-Finally not playing in their home gym

Trenton-Playing big bad Stanley
\

Considering that Ellendale beat South Border twice already, I wouldn't see that as an upset.

It would be via 'seeds' which some people deem upsets

FWM looks great. They are always a great team, but what is it about the team that makes them so good? I mean you can’t argue deng deng is one of top players in class b, the st pierre kid lights it up from downtown, and they have very good role players… who are some wins they’ve had that were close? I know north prairie lost by about 10, and central Cass beat FWM… will it take a big upset for them to not be in finals in state?

Central Cass never played Four Winds-Minnewaukan

Beat Dickinson Trinity by 11 early in season
Beat North Prairie by 10 early in season
Beat Thompson by 5
Lost to Shiloh Christian by 8
Beat Harvey-Wells County by 12

North Star is giving it to Dunseith right now. 61-37 going into 4th. If they play like this I have no doubt in my mind that they could give FWM a run for their money. Older hagler is shooting lights out right now, simons and play their roles, Boston Davis is not scoring a whole lot right now.

Oak Grove lost to Hankinson tonite by 6. Upset IMO. Hatfield scored 37 but it wasn't enough. Don't sleep on Hankinson.

2nd part of the duo didn't have a good night and that left too much for the other role players to make up.

Hatfield struggled from 3 which was odd to see...amazing to wonder how much he could have scored had a few more had fallen.

Hankinson gave CC all they could handle about a month ago...so definitely could be a very solid semifinal

North Prairie
Standing Rock
Westhope/Newburg

I don’t see North Prairie losing again. SJ shoots very well in home gym, and North Prairie definitely had an off night. 6 points in first quarter to SJ’s 18. I’m surprised NP was able to come back and make it close again. Leas is going for 25 tonight, Mattson is too athletic and will likely guard Brayton Baker, I don’t see anyone guarding NP’s big guy, and you know the other kids can heat up too. Rosinski and Grant could get a lot of opportunities being that Leas is probably going to get chased tonight.

I should have talked to you before making my predictions. Very impressive on your part.
