I don't always think of starters as PG, SG, SF, PF, C; I'd start 4 guards if I had to...what ever is going to be favorable; I tried to think of it a bit here but didn't know every players 'true' position.

Entzi was considered...believe me. It's so hard getting down to those last few spots left and who to list (some regions didn't have this problem).
