For sure, do you know, do Cavalier and North Star and Four-Winds and Cavalier play each other next year, those would be premier match ups.

I think Kretchman cares more about the team and the State Title they just won! So he didn't get on the list this year...look out next year. All-State is an honor but one that tends to be forgotten after awhile...the State Title will be remembered forever.

There are TWO honors that will always be remembered for years after they happened: State Champion & Mr. Basketball; All-State, Region, District or Conference Teams will be forgotten (except on this site as there are threads to honor them).

Could make good cases for both Kretchman and Lee.

Hard to call it a snub as every player named was deserving and as mentioned by others previously there were clearly some extremely good players left off.

This said, I felt that Adam White, Jr. Ellendale deserved inclusion. 20.5 ppg 8.8 rpg, 2.5 bpg, 2.5 apg. 1256 career points, 671 career rebounds, second all time in school history in both categories. Team finished 15 and 9, 3rd in Region 3.

Others worthy from Region 3 were Jon Purintun and Brody Niewsma.

White came to mind for me as well.

I'm not crazy about coaches voting either. I dare say there's far more drama and politics between coaches than there are media members.

White - ellendale
Kretchman - oak grove
Peterson - north sargent

Three guys that I feel should've been considered
