My guess would be FWM, HarveyWC, NorthStar, and St. Johns first night winners but if I was picking upset it would be New Rockford because they are playing real good basketball and it appears St. Johns is struggling right now. Second night would be FWM and St. John and if upset did occur then New Rockford. The Championship going to FWM they are just to deep and good a team not to make it back to state and I think that's been there biggest goal all season. Northstar is good team but I think to young and a year away from reaching the championship.

I'm not sure there is much to discuss...FWM should have heavy odds to win...Agree NS doesn't have the depth.
STJ would be wildcard, depending on how they shoot...but still have to defend. Think NS/STJ will be best game, but not sure how much either will have left.

I think FWM over STJ in championship by 15-20.

agreed but upsets by H-WC & NR-S wouldn't shock me

I'd say RW over HWC would be the upset. NRS vs St John should be the best game of the night. I'm going to go with both #1s and #3s advancing.

FW-M by 30...BC is much improved but FW-M is just to deep
R-W by 10...Julson has one heck of a game
NS by 20...Weston, Kvilvang and Co. are just too much for Carrington
NR-S in a squeaker...the Rockets are very physical and are playing excellent as a team as of late

Perfect! Thanks, Viking! All I could see on KNDK was the North Border contest. Good to know that KZZY and Mark B. are available as well! Always enjoy listening to he and Jake!

NS vs Carrington was an ugly game ! Neither team could hit (except Komrosky who started hitting 3's in the second half). Both teams missed a LOT of point-blank shots. Carrington shot 22%. Final score 54-29

FWM vs BC was a great game. Game was 23-21 with FWM on top in the second and they went on a 15-1 run up to the half. BC had it back to four at the end of the third and were still within six with 2min to go.

Sitting good so far.... For tonight I'm going to go with FWM by 20 and St. John by 10. should both be good games as I think FWM will pull away late.

Top two Scorers for BC spent 6-8 minutes on bench in 2nd and 4th. Not for foul trouble or tiredness. May have been the difference.

For a while, I thought North Star was going to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, but this time (when it really counted) the Bearcats were able to hold on through the whole game. St John cut a fourth-quarter 15-point lead down to 5 in around 2 minutes, then Kvilvang tipped in a missed shot to give us some breathing room again.

For NS fans, highlights will be up by around 10:30

I have to say congrats to Coach Hagler for 400 wins. An amazing thing to see, also congrats to all of his teams. This is the 6th year in a row that NorthStar has been in the region championship game. I don't know of any team that can bost that stat.

like I said Success breeds success...and Class B Basketball is traditional vs "whos supposed to win", time and time again...I had NS in the championship, with a huge chance of a defeat to the FWM squad (very good team too)..Play On!

Turned out to be a great tourney! One of the best in recent years. 2012 semifinal night was pretty good too but this championship game was amazing to be at. Alex Weston was clutch! Was hoping for the Woodchucks to make a run at the Region Title and their first state appearance, North Star was just better when it counted, Class B basketball at its finest.
