Rumor has it that Our Redeemers beat #6 Berthold tonight by 4 pts. Is this true?

Heard it was a lot of guard play. Post got touches when needed but it was a lot of cherry picks and 3's

DLB plays Rugby @ Rugby tonight in a makeup of what was supposed to be played on Jan 3rd. Should be a good one.

Is this game being played in Rugby? I thought I read somewhere it was being played in Bottineau? Does that even make sense?

Just called the rugby radio station and they said as far as they know it is in Rugby with a starting time of 7:30.

was closer than the score indicated...8 at half, 12 after 3.

Rugby has always caused matchup problems for these DLB guys. Hamilton was on Duke, Miller was on Holte. Heildelbaugh was helping on Holte alot...Refs let them play, not a lot of FT's taken...that helped Rugby's bigs. Hard to tell sometimes with Duke if he's flopping or getting hit, Think there was a bit of both last night. I don't think Duke had a free throw...He is unbelievably quick off the dribble tho!
DLB just couldn't get on a scoring run last night.

Bernhardt hit some big threes...gave Rugby a bit of a cushion. Miller had some nice baskets. Heidlebaugh got his usual...

Rugby plays great, athletic D that can stretch to these shooters...

Sometimes, players spend too much energy on things that don't matter in basketball. Ex. Talking, churping, trying to show up players, refs. Sometimes, when we are the second or third best player on a team and we dont get the recognition we think we deserve we try antics to bring the spotlight to us. Sometimes, if we played the game the right way and used our god given talents the way they were intended, we would have a very good chance of not only going to state but possibly win state!!!!! just an observation

I'm not sure if you're talking about Region 6 as a whole, or Class B Boys Basketball, or someone specifically. However, if it is the latter, let's refrain from that please.

Wasn't there but from what I've gathered, DLB jumped out to a big lead and Our Redeemers just couldn't come back. Holte went for 30 which makes sense because I don't think Our Redeemers has anyone to match up with him well. Sounds like Duke was in foul trouble and rather quiet.

DLB Lakers beat Berthold Bombers tonight 80-77.

This should mean that the Lakers are #1 in District 12!!!

Congrats Lakers!

Doesn't make sense to me how a team can be so bad with a 6' 8" kid.

Because having one very tall kid is the one true formula to having a good team? Some of the least coordinated people I've played against have been the ones over 6'6. Just because you're tall, it doesn't mean you're automatically Brian Qvale. Also, even if he is pretty talented, one player doesn't make a team.
