Heard a real good one today that the NDHSAA is trying to implement. They want to enforce that all fans at state tournaments, regionals etc have to be remained seating in the bleachers and chairs. This means no kids or fans on the baselines cheering on their teams. I find this absolutely ridiculous. State is already losing some of its luster and now you are going to take the fans out of the picture?!?! Anyone else hear about this? And good luck telling 100 kids that they have to sit down in the bleachers.

I don't think they're telling kids they have to be seated...but they don't want students up against the floor. So therefore at Minot State the students would have to be back in the bleachers (Probably only 5 more feet back) but they can still stand and cheer on their team. At the Alerus Center in GF the students are already so far back from the court...
And they can still be on the baseline but only if there is permitted seating (like at Minot State Dome)
