My guess is he/she is picking South Border, I see their vote total just went up. They will have to play their best ball, something they haven't done all year. I do agree that its going to be a fun tournament, can't wait!

SZ over PBK - A solid, controlled win by the Clippers but not the disciplined defensive effort I was expecting. This team will need to play much better in the semi to beat SB.
SB over Ellendale - Too much Michael Jacobson. White with a double double (18 and 11) for the Cards but not nearly enough. Coach Lukens did a very nice job tonight, has the Mustangs in the semis for the first time in awhile, I think. SB is playing well enough right now to beat SZ.
Lamoure LM over Kidder County - Game effort by the Pirates but too much Anthony Olson (21 and 10) and Jared Meiklejohn for the Loboes. How good is your team when possibly your 3rd best player is the District Senior POY? Lamoure has the talent to overcome the Linton hurdle....finally.
Linton HMB over EKM - Rough start for the Rebels, just couldnt come back all that way. Linton's best player doesnt even start for them so they have some depth too. But is it enough for the Loboes?
Tomorrow nights picks:
SB over SZ by 3 or less. Very tough to beat a closely matched team 3 times in a year.
LLM over LHMB by less than 8. This will be a tight contest but I think the Loboes and Coach Thielges are due. LHMB has no one to match up with Olson.
