I agree with most of this...
I think Bowman County will really miss Gary Ballard as their head coach. People don't realize what they have until it's gone, so I would swap them and Heart River (not saying the new guy wont do a great job, just saying they lost a heck of a coach)...with Heart River and Hazen being close to even for 3rd. New England Hettinger and Mott are all going to be real even...but they are all 20 points better than Richardton at 8. My opinion obviously based on what I know each program has coming back, and coming up. Heart River's best player is a 6'4 post named Isaiah Marshner, he is the best post in District 13, with Stephen Kristy being a close 2nd. He definitely needs to be on that list of top players! New England has a sophomore named Daniel Prince, and Hettinger Scranton has a frosh named Christian Kilwein (i think) and they will also both make noise in a tight district 13.
Regardless in Region 7...by tourney time everyone will be fighting to play in the 3rd and 4th place game...just before Trinity and Beulah battle it out for a spot at state.
