Anyone at this game? What happened? Is Maple Valley not as good as we thought, or is Northern Cass better than we thought? Or both??

Northern Cass played a Box and 1 with a chaser on Haselau while having one defender front Richman and one play behind. Springer was very effective off of the ball screen action.

I watched this game online and they only chased Haseleu for a short bit with the box and 1. They were in a 3-2 zone the rest of the game. Then they lost to FSHP....

The 3-2 was essentially the same thing as a Box-1 in my opinion, as one defender was still denying Haseleu and of course that leave 4 in a box. I thought NC had a very good gameplan.

It is not even easy picking the district 2 seeds with a couple games to play. Would you agree that it is Oak Grove at the top, then everyone else is pretty tight?

FSHP really impressed me last night against Oak Grove. Even though they lost 96-72, Joe Ihry and Erickson struggled around the basket to put in a few easy layups. This happens rarely that they miss those but if they would of got them to fall last night this would of been a tight game. FSHP has come along way from the start of the season, and Austen Archer proved last night that he is a force to be recken with, he had 42 points and 11reb against a solid Oak Grove team. He has a solid group of athletic kids around him, and when they get on that wide open Fargo Civic court they can be a team that gets up and goes. They could surprise people and when districts are done possibly heading to regionals
