region 7

Beulah and Trinity. Or Bowman and Hazen. Or Killdeer and Mott-Regent. This is going to be one heck of a regional tournament. I honestly think you could place those 6 teams in a hat and pull a winner just as easily. And there may be a sleeper team in there somewhere too!

No disrespect, but there's not 1 player on Oak Groves team that would even make a class A team. I can't see how they would even be close to being one of the top teams. They lost 90% of there offense and the samson boy won't be able to create his own shot. He's only a shooter without Larson.

Region 2 - North Border/ Midway-Minto/ Grafton and Thompson

those three teams are going to be battling it out all year for the top spot out of district 4 and thompson is going to roll through the districts

I would agree with you but the District is very weak and they return guys from a jv team that went like 21-0 and the Junior class has yet to lose a game C squad or JV so I think they could suprise some teams the only reason I said they are one of the top teams is because Region 1 is weak this year and I also think they will be a better team without Larson more team Chemistry although he was one heck of a ballplayer

Name me 10 kids that could play for a Class A teams

I saw some summer League games and the samson boy put up like 30 on kindred alone so I guess we will see if the loss of larson hurt him at all

Region 8 will most likely be led by
1. Parshall
2. Watford City

I agree with clu_08 that it will be Watford Cith and Parshall.  Parshall is still the best team in the region even without Niel.  But he will be back plenty of time before the tournaments start.  Watford City has Shipman.  Parshall and Watford have the most talent by far.  I dont see Trinity doing much this year again.  They will be desent but dont have a dominent player and they lost their best player from last year.

you right about parshal should be number 1 with or without neil. but i don't know how shipman from watford would be considered a dominate player and Hansen from williston trinity not a dominate player. Hansen has matt kvernum and josh vedaa to help him out. and those two will both be good this year for trinity. i'm not saying they'll be allstars or anything but they will be ready to win along with Hansen.

Shipman is also coming off a knee injury so i am definentally giving the edge to willsiton trinity christian.

Well we will see, Yes we lost Larson, and its hard to replace a player like Larson, but we have a solid 6 or 7 guys who play very well together. Class B fan explained there sucess at the C squad and JV level. Another great point is the whole region lost a lot, with the exception to kindred. Time will only tell, but dont be shocked if Oak Grove makes a run for it, because they def can. And no disrepect but have you even seen any of the upcoming Grover players play?

Time will only tell. one month till the games begin.

Region 7 is probably gonna be the most exciting region out of them all. They have at least 6 teams that have possibility of winning.

There is no way Trinity Christian is No. 2 in that region. Watford City has Justin Shipman and I'm not sure, but do they still have Bo James? I can't remember if he was a senior, but he was really good and he's better than anyone Trinity has behind Hansen.
