North Star 86 Warwick 85 Hi-lites will be here

If we would have had Chrest playing defense, we could have won this by 86-84.

It's going to take a long time to take all the highlights out of this one. So, on one computer I'm rendering out the game one full quarter at a time while I work on the highlights on a second computer. I'll put up the 2nd quarter first as that was just one continuous hi-lite anyway. It should be on YouTube a little after 10:00. Then I'll put on the entire 4th quarter. Then I'll have to see how things are going. I might have the highlights done before putting up the 1st and 3rd quarters (I may not put those quarters up at all)

Hagler got hammered on the last shot. Langstaff is tough. Great game - wish I could have been there. Great teams playing great - couldn't ask for anything better than that.

Awesome game but NS can thank the refs for their win...1st of all Hagler should have not got three shots because he was passing the ball he was not shooting...2nd of all in the end that was an intentional fall Hagler made on Langstaff he should of got two shots and Warwick should of had the ball back. Warwick should of had it by 5 or more...Thanks for the footage I thought that earlier and the footage made it even clearer...

I disagree about him getting hammered. He initiated all the contact and the defender stood staright up and even backed up when Hagler hit him. I don't think it's a foul, and you especially won't see that call at the end of the game. He still had a pretty good chance of making it, nice job by Grande being there for the putback.

It would've been fitting for that game had Langstaff hit the half court shot.

I posted in another thread that on the Hagler shot/pass play, 90% of the time that will be free throws. Kid can't foul him there. Not a bad call.

No Hagler's foul on Langstaff should not have been a tech. He had gotten in front or at least even so it wasn't a clear path foul and he didn't take him out, he made a traditional foul to prevent a layup.

Quit whinning about the refs cause they lost. Both were the correct call. Should've boxed out Grande on the last play and we wouldn't be having this conversation.

He was shooting - the foul made it look like a pass.

So holding on to Langstaff is not intentional foul? and even Mr. Bigley said it was a pass and so did everyone else...whos whinning around you can clearly see it was a pass not a shot and if you can't see that then maybe you should get some glasses like the refs needed...

ml...you're letting your bias get in the way.

1. - Call on Hagler was correct. The video clearly shows him going up for a shot and getting fouled, making it look like a pass.
2. - No way is that EVER called an intentional foul.

Also if he wouldnt have got those three free throws we deffinately wouldnt be having this conversation because Warwick would of WON...

Neutral fan here...I don't have a horse in this race...but looked like a great game and the officials made the right calls. 3 Ft's on that play is an easy call.

Vikingman great job on the highlights. That alone is a job doing it and doing it that quick. Thank you in giving us the chance to see a game like that after the fact along with big bad mark calling the game. I amagine his normal winter shorts like always.. And i would guess he stopped at pros after..

If Hagler doesn't go to the free throw line for three free throws? I'm still calling a 3 pointer by Hagler or Grande. If I'm correct on a foul Northstar would still get the ball after a foul. And there is no way that the foul on Hagler was intentional. You can't blame the refs for this game. It was evenly reffed for both teams. Those two teams gave the fans a game to remember for the rest of their lives.
