North Dakota Preps

I was just wondering who you guys think will win Miss basketball next year. I would have to put an argument in for Holly Johnson from Minot High. I am from Minot but I am speaking as a fan here. Every time she gets the ball in her hands, everyone has to stop whatever their doing and see what she does. In my own opinion, she is the toughest gbb player in the state. She is one of the best shot blockers. I believe she was second in the WDA in scoring, and she was just a junior last year. She is a good passer, and when she posts up you better just forget about it. When she posts she has this sick double pump that she does and it almost always goes in. She is great at attacking the basket, oh and did I mention that she hit a few NBA treys in WDA last year, and thats not even counting the regular season. Im sure she had a few of those too. She is a tremendous defender also.

I know the list looks long...but they are all very capable candidates to name in the pre-season,

Holly Johnson has committed to playing for NDSU in 2012-13.
