Stef Bohrer (Hazen) -- 15.8 pts, 10.1 reb, 1.5 ast

Siri Burck (Fargo South) -- 14.3 pts, 6.5 reb, 5.4 ast, 1.7 blk

Casey Geffre (Hankinson) -- 19.3 pts, 9 reb, 4.2 ast, 3.8 stl

Carli Peterson (Bismarck Century) -- 14.1 pts, 6.2 reb, 2.2 stl, 1.3 blk

Very disappointed to not see Buck on this list. Much like last year with Sarah Feeney being left off, I assume it is only because of the injury.

Although I thought both would get nominated, it really is tough for 2 players from the same team to be nominated because you can easily compare the 2 every game. I am happy they went with Peterson because she is the better player and has the stats to back it up. Just like Feeney last year, she was an outstanding player but Sigl simply had a better season.

I agree with scoobyx2. Looks like it will probably go to Class B this year.

Probably going to a Class B'r this year, but I don't know about next year... very talented junior class coming up...

Still think Burck deserves the award. She is back in the State Championship for the 2nd year in a row, and is a great floor leader for that South team. Tonight's game with Peterson should be great.

Congratulations, Eli Benz - the 2009-2010 Miss Basketball. Somebody on one of these posts said Eli brings "class to the game" and she does.

Any one of the five girls nominated was deserving. Congratulations to all of the girls basketball players - both Class A and Class B - for providing us with great entertainment this season!
