Souths defense was great all night, thats why the Jays shot 24% and had 29 turnovers! The pressure the bruins put on the Jamestown guards was awesome. If Dale doesnt show up this is a 40 point win, she had 20 of Jamestowns 43 points.

This was an ugly game on both sides of the ball. South's defense got them the win, but their offense really sputtered all night long.

You score 66 points and win by 23 points, putting 4 girls in double figures and your offense sputters? sure Souths pressure defense created some easy baskets but when they pulled away in the second half, most of their points came in their half court offense! both Jamestown and South played very physical so at times the game is going to look ugly. If this is winning ugly - South will take this type of win every game.

It is still early in the season. Offense and Defense will be ugly at times. You have to give South it's props. They have beat the west teams by over 20 points.

Ya cudos to South, they seem to have things going right and early season games will get ugly at times. The perimeter was a question mark for Jamestown and it looks like South was able to exploit that. Dale will get her points because she's that good. But they can't have her scoring half their points, someone else will need to step up and take some of the load.
