Magnuson is a nice guy. He took the Surrey Mustangs to the State B Boys' Tournament about 6 or 7 years ago. He's been busy taking a JH boys traveling team (Magic) all around the state and did a great job with them. His son was on the team, so he took the reigns. It might take a while for the Minot girls to get going, but don't worry about the coaching.

How are the kids on his team going to be? Did you say he was the coach of the Minot Magic? How was that team?

75-9 in three years... they have 3 state championship on the travel team in three years. He will get the girls ready for this year and he will get them going. He know how to coach and he will talk to the girls the whole game. IMO he's a great coach and will go a great job.

Minot High, I don't think they will have much height this year but, I believe they will win a few more this year.

Both, he's the type of coach that will take the good player and make them play better and take the better player and make them great. But one thing will be for sure, they will play as a team. That is his biggest thing, they (the girls) will play as a TEAM... He will develope the team.
