Mandan for the WDA
It's a round ball and a round bat, and you got to hit it square.

Honestly, I don't think any bench team has been that impressive.

I think the only reason why you said mandan is because every single player gets in during blow out games, but in close games (only against century) they hardly play.

Both Statistically and practically I would say that Mandan has the best bench in the WDA if not the state.  Mandan's bench has improved over the year.  In the first game against Century Mandan's bench was outscored 13-11, and Mandan lost by 4 in overtime.

In the rematch at Mandan, Mandan's bench outscored Century 12-2, in a 12 pt. Mandan win.

Hermanson, Strandemo, and Jensen all average 17-18 minutes per game.  Together they average 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4.6 steals per game.  Gannon has also been improving and contribuing more on both offense and defense.

When Mandan brings in its bench they all play the hard-nosed tough defense for which Mandan is known!

DL only plays 7girls.  I would go with shanley in the east with Jackson off the bench and being able to rotate 3 at 6'1" isn't to bad either.

I'd have to say Shanley in the East with Jackson and Pollord (spell?).  Jackson is a great ball handler and plays almost as much as the other three guards...she can also pass quite well.  Pollord is a great rebounder but seems to get into foul trouble quickly and doesn't get as much time as the other posts.  I think South has a better bench than DL with Hage and Stensgard.

South's bench is pretty strong... Stensgard and Hage can come out and have a good night any time. DL in my opinion doesn't have a very good bench, it's basically just the starters. Shanley doesn't  have a deep bench, only 2 people come off every night, but they certainly contribute to the game, Jackson and Pollard.
