All I know is that WF upset DL 66-58...@ DL!!!  Does anyone know the whole story and what does this do to the EDC standings and seeding for the tourney?

just saw that on the news.  KZZY was reporting DL up 54-23 at halftime so i am not sure what gives there.

WOW!!!!! There has to be some underlying reason...i find it hard to believe that DL only scored 4 points in the secondhalf. what happened to privratszky?

that can't be right.  KZZY must have been wrong on the score they gave.  I see no way that a team can score 54 in one half and 4 in the other.  Would like to hear what happened from someone who was at the game, either way this is a big win for WF.

If i remember correctly DL was only up by one or down by one or two at half time and it wasnt 66-58 that must of been the boys basketball score you heard i dont remember the girls final score but DL scored more than 4 points in the second half

DL was up 34-23 at the half. DL went absolutly cold, I believe with about nine minutes to go in the 2nd half WF was up 37-36. DL scored 2 points in over 10 minutes, it was weird. Then they traded buckets for awhile and WF got about a 6 point lead and then at the end DL was scoring and keeping the pressure on but WF made all of their free throws. It was by far DL's worst game of the year, it was confusing to watch.

It shouldn't make a difference in the standings.  This loss ties them with South and DL has the tie-breaker there. 

It is going to be a fun EDC tourny if West Fargo is starting to get back on track.  I know they are a much better team now that Mary Michael Vance is healthy

WF outscored DL 43-24 in the second half. DL just didnt come out at all, they played a very bad 2nd half.

 

I attended this game and to be honest, DL looked exhausted.  West Fargo was much quicker on their feet, played very aggressive defense in the 2nd half and their shots went down for them.

Heidi needs to back off the girls.  They are playing 7 days a week with no breaks and that is just plain rediculous.  I heard she held practice on Sunday for their loss.

The girls need a break or Heidi will have them in the ground before Regionals even come around.  Glad I am not a parent or there would be a phone call being made.

Lots of rumors here in DL right now.  Heard that many of the girls are having problems keeping up their weight because of the hard practices, running, and no time off.

Part of coaching is managing your team as well and quite frankly I am not impressed with the coaching right now. 

Kids need to be healthy to play their best.  Something is going to break if the tension isn't released.

 

its pretty common to have a practice on Sunday when you have a game on Monday.  I doubt that they were practicing because they lost but more so to get ready for a monday game.

i agree but they did play VC and i think they wanted to prove something with the loss to WF so they didnt hold back against VC 102-38 wow but still coulda called the dogs off.

They were going to have sunday off but because of the loss they practiced.
