1. West Fargo (Thorson, Lennon, Levin, Baltezore and will reload with other talent, Lost Krogh)
2. Fargo Davies (Adding Olson to Bolstad and a good returning group, Biggest team in the east, Lost Moffett)
3. Shanley (Anderson and Jacobson, always good and very well coached, Lost Wier EDC senior of the year)
4. Wahpeton (Solid backcourt with Bumgarner and Albrecht, will need help from others, Lost Irwin)
5. North (Larson and Johnson, Lost only one player, need good guard play)
6. Red River (Ripplinger will need help from others, Lost Knecht and Wheeler, well coached)
7. Fargo South (Young players with varsity experience returning, Lost Diederich)
8. Devils Lake (Swanson and Walford will need help, Lost Schafer)
9. Vally City (Olstad will need help, Lost Suhr)
10. Central (Fennell and Hammer will need help, lost Olson)
