From what I've seen, LaFrance isn't as much a pure shooter as she is an all-around player - she reads the floor well - sees a lane to drive to the hole - sees gaps to thread a pass inside - reads the passing lanes to intercept passes, knows who is open and where her teammates are on the floor, breaks the press with the dribble, PLUS she can elevate.  When she shoots her jump shot, she's up there - unblockable.  She's a team leader by leading, not by putting up 18 shots a night and scoring 20 points a game.  When necessary, LaFrance can take over a game.  Any one would do well with someone of LaFrance's talent on their side.

Good player but not always consistent where right know there going to be fighting it out with mandan for the title, and keilpinski is the one you want to have on your bench, she puts out game in and game out
