North Dakota Preps

Has anyone watched Minot play lately? If so are they for real can they beat Bis. and Bis. century? North played them the first game of the year didnt think they were world beaters but they must be putting it together.

Well they just beat Century couple weeks ago so, I'd say that means yes, they can beat Century.

I meant at WDA and State.

Minot is one of those teams that will grind on you all game long. They are improving each game as they go. They have alot of individauls that are stepping up if a starter is having a rough game. The bench has been the ones to watch. IMO they will be at state this year.

As somebody said in an earlier post Minot High just is able to grind out victorys. They play solid D and don't give you many easy looks at the basket. On the offense end they have become more patient and are making more of their bunnys.

The BHS game wasn't really pretty but it was intense on both ends of the floor. From what I saw Crosby played one of his better games of the year. Gerding also had two big 3's later in the second half that kept Minot going. Minot's energy though really started on the defensive end of the floor.

If/when they meet again this game could go either way.

Minot isn't a very flashy (pretty) team to watch but they will keep the game interesting
