Hadstad would have won it two years ago let alone next year.

Hanstad, Rodenbiker, Schulz, in my mind way ahead of all the other seniors to be in the state. A Class B will be thrown in, but this is Hanstad's award and has been for years.

hypothetically speaking, if there was to be a player who had a better year his senior year than joe, do you think he would be selected as Mr. Basketball, or do you think because of Joe's career that he would be selected?

Joe would still get selected. The only way he won't is if he gets hurt or has a training violation. That said, having a better senior season than Joe will be almost impossible. If Joe averaged 8 a game next year, he wouldn't win, but he'll average 25-30, so it won't matter anyway.

We saw the same thing with Dufalt because he didn't have that great of a senior year especailly in the post season. Now he is getting whapped on by Blake Griffin. haha did anybody see that?

He didn't do much in the postseason because the region (as well as most the state) was very strong that year and his teammates were not good at all. He was about a one man team.

what was Killdeer's record his senior year? I've played pickup ball with some of his teammates...whatever win total they got that year, give or take 1-2, was because of him. only so much one player can do for a team...

still not very impressive to not win one game. I don't care what the circumstances are.

Mott-Regent went to state that year.

Baseball, I do not know their record but I know it wasn't outstanding and was ALL because of Dufault.

InsideMan, They did win a game. They won 2 district games to get to regionals. I think it's pretty good that Austin was even able to take them that far.

From the East has to be Schultz from North or Rodenbiker from Shanley.
Too bad Joe went down. He was the top pick.

Hanstad is still mr bb. If he comes back for wda I could see him still breaking the scoring record. He would need to average 40 per game which isn't out of the question for him. He is such a team player however he wouldn't focus on it.
