It is pretty much the AAU teams for the junior and senior kids in North Dakota. They are selected onto a few teams divided by regions, and then they play in other midwest states in AAU tournaments.

Holy crap! That has to be the fastest reply I've ever seen.

That's cool then. It also makes sense as to why I hadn't heard of it before. Thanks for the info and keep us posted if you hear who is on these teams. Hopefully someone can contribute to that information.

There is a team called the Northern Stars which has kids from sd, nd, mt,wy, and mn i think. They go to the west coast and play in vegas and cali and some other tourney's out west. There is one kid from nd and the rest were from those other states.

THis is the 2nd summer of ECI Select (formerly Team Dakota). It is run by Dan Hodgson out of Wahp. He has 4 Senior to be Boys teams (north south east west). 4 junior to be teams and is starting soph to be boys teams.  He also has 2 girls teams, 1 senior to be and 1 junior to be team. THey play in tourneys in Sioux Falls, Omaha, Indianapolis, Kearney and are going to Las Vegas this summer. It is a great way to get ND kids recruited...but honestly I haven't seen one player go to an out of state school to play in awhile.....

Here are the ECI results from the Mister Basketball tourney in Nebraska a couple weeks ago. You can find about every score and stat you can imagine.

If u go to www.reebokbigtime.com it has all the info on the teams and it also has stats. Kick was 14th overall for avg. ppg and he had the the 4th most points scored in a game with 40 and tied all time for 40th,  its pretty interesting to see all the teams and players, there were some really good players there.
