St. Mary's and Jamestown

Recently these 2 teams have been in a couple of ball games. The scores have been a lot closer than expected. Are teams just over looking them or are they starting to come together???

Well, I will admit I am a little biased, but I feel Jamestown is gelling unlike at the beginning of the season. They are stepping up the D, and holding teams to shoot poor percentages from the field, not because the teams are so much having an off night, but they are making them take bad shots.

They also now have a secondary scorer with Casey Johnson, who as of now is averaging over 12 ppg and around 4.5 assists, which are pretty solid numbers.

Plus, at the beginning of the season, Jamestown was not prepared for the west style of play.

who's going to win on thursday? if sm wins is the play in game @ sm?

Both teams are non-factors. They have no chance at an upset.

Both teams are considerably better from the beginning of the season but its hard to see either of them making an upset but weirder things have happened if I had to pick I would go w/ jamestown they have a player to go to in heck while st. mary's doesn't have an outstanding player

If SM wins by more than 10 and each team has one win it comes down to another tie breader, not sure what. If SM losses or wins by less than 10 i think its in Jamestown, not positive though

Actually I would say the worst team in the state would have to be GF central. haha

central beat west fargo and red river. thats respectable. valley city is absolutely terrible. st. mary's vs. valley city = amazing state championship game.

Why would it be to late?? Isn't tournament time when you want to peak and play your best games?

it is too late only in that one of them will be done with the season in a lil bit but in theory both teams have the oppurtunity to go to state i dont think that will happen but they have a chance i guess

I don't think you can consider St. Mary's playing good ball when they just lost to Dickinson by 40 points.

i dont consider them good but i am jus open to ideas lol st marys will probably get crushed by jamestown also
